Refund Policy
General Policy — No Refunds for Digital Services
In line with standard practices across online dating platforms and digital subscription services, all membership fees, upgrades, virtual gifts, and premium features are non-refundable once purchased.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content and services are available to you immediately and that you lose the right to request a refund unless required by law.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellations apply to future billing periods only.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unused time, or accidental renewals.
Billing Errors or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error:
Contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
We will investigate and correct any billing errors in accordance with Stripe’s dispute policies.
We may issue a refund only if the charge resulted from a verified technical or billing error.
Duplicate Charges
If a duplicate payment is confirmed through Stripe, we will provide a full refund for the duplicate amount.
Service Disruptions
If Amor Connect experiences a platform-wide outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that directly prevents access to paid features, we may, at our discretion:
Provide account credit,
orExtend your membership.
Refunds are not provided for temporary interruptions, maintenance, or features under improvement.
Fraudulent, Abusive, or Policy-Violating Accounts
Accounts banned, restricted, or removed due to violations of our Terms & Conditions—including but not limited to harassment, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse—are not eligible for refunds.
Stripe Chargeback Warning
Filing a chargeback for valid, authorized membership purchases may result in:
Immediate account suspension,
Permanent platform ban,
Loss of all membership benefits and messages.
We encourage all users to contact us before filing a dispute so we can assist you quickly.
Local Law Compliance
If your local consumer protection laws provide additional rights regarding refunds or cancellations, we will honor those as required by law.
